These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VELMONT CLUB website and services. By accessing or purchasing from VELMONT CLUB ("Velmont Club", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").

Velmont Club makes physical products available through its sourcing and fulfilment operations. According to inventory levels and logistics requirements, orders may be dispatched from the United States or by international fulfilment partners.

Consent to Electronic Records

By finalising a purchase, you agree to the use of electronic agreements, records, and signatures. Your actions create a legally enforceable agreement under the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Acceptance of Orders

We may approve or reject an order, restrict purchase quantities, or cancel an order when fraud, misuse, errors, or supply constraints are suspected.

Risk and Ownership Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the parcel is delivered to the address entered at checkout. Delays involving carriers, customs checks, or border procedures are beyond our control and, by themselves, do not create an automatic right to a refund; however, our support team will help trace a delayed delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

You must supply correct billing and delivery details and follow all applicable store policies. Repeated or clearly demonstrated misuse of our return or refund procedures may lead to future service being refused.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and is subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
