Refund policy
Velmont Club supports the quality of its products and wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, contact our support team so we can help resolve it.
1. Time Allowed for Returns
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
2. Beginning a Return Request
Email our support team at support@payvelmontclub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will reply with return authorization and simple return instructions.

- We approve the request and send you the return address and directions;
- You return the product in accordance with the supplied directions;
- After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund.
3. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
When a product is delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we pay the return delivery cost and provide either a full refund or a replacement. For returns based on a change of mind, the initial delivery fee and return postage may be non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Delivery times can vary due to carrier or customs handling. If your order is delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact support@payvelmontclub.com and we will help track, replace, or refund your order in line with this policy.
5. Rights Related to Payment
Contact Informationing us first usually gets your issue resolved the fastest, but it is never a requirement. You keep all rights under your cardholder agreement and applicable law, including the right to contact your bank or card issuer about a transaction at any time.
